Meet Laura Mesa, APRN
Founder & Lead Aesthetic Injector
Laura Mesa is a Latina founder, aesthetic practitioner, and the heart behind U•Glow Wellness & Aesthetics in Tampa, Florida.
Born in Colombia, Laura brings together her medical expertise, artistic eye, and genuine passion for aesthetic medicine to create treatments that enhance—not change—her patients’ natural beauty. Her philosophy is simple: sometimes, less is more.
With a focus on natural, refined results, Laura specializes in minimally invasive aesthetic treatments including neuromodulators, dermal fillers, biostimulators, PRP and plasma-based treatments, IV therapy, and advanced laser treatments. Every treatment is thoughtfully customized to the individual, with attention to facial balance, skin quality, proportions, and long-term goals.
She holds a Master’s degree in Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner studies from Nova Southeastern University and is board-certified. Laura has completed advanced aesthetic training both locally and internationally and continues to pursue ongoing education in the latest techniques, technologies, and treatment approaches.

I created U•Glow as a space where beauty, wellness, expertise, and genuine human connection come together. A place where you never feel pressured to change who you are, but instead feel empowered to enhance what is already yours. As a woman and a healthcare provider, I wanted to build something that felt personal—where every client is treated as an individual, not a number or a before-and-after.
For me, glowing is not about looking different. It is about feeling confident, cared for, and aligned with the way you want to see yourself. Sometimes that means a subtle treatment. Sometimes it means a long-term plan. And sometimes, it means doing nothing at all.
U•Glow is my belief that when we care for ourselves from the inside out, it shows on the outside.
